Cow Boí invites you to a gastronomic taste of the Pyrenees with its Gastronomic Conference!

 

The conference will take place on the following days:

  • January 18: Mountain Rice / Mountain Fideuà
  • February 1: Mountain Rice / Mountain Fideuà
  • February 8: Mountain Rice / Mountain Fideuà
  • February 15: High Mountain Tapas
  • February 22: High Mountain Tapas
  • March 1: Ham Cutter / Acorn-fed Ham Ration and beer
  • March 8: Oysters and Cava
  • March 15: El Ventador a pistes, local gastronomic tapas
