Another year, GastroPirineus is celebrated, a conference on reference cuisine, gastronomy and mountain products. This year Vallter will host this event.
This event was born in 2016 with the aim of promoting the cuisine and quality products of the mountain areas, to highlight the traditional and native cuisine of the Pyrenees and other Catalan territories. Do not miss it!
