This yoga space is designed for family sharing.
A space to accompany, feel, breathe and move the body in a friendly way.
The yoga practice will be based on different simple positions, related to nature and animals, such as the cat and the cow, the bird or the mountain, which help us give space in our body to the different emotions we can feel to be able to validate them and welcome them with love. So it will be a family space where you can share and enjoy.
