The event, one of the leading trail running events in the Spanish State, has the collaboration of the Lleida resort and will be held from June 28 to 30.
The test set will have a total of 2,500 participants and about 10,000 visitors throughout the weekend.

The Vall de Boí already has everything ready to be the setting for the Garmin Mountain Festival Vall de Boí, which will be held next weekend from June 28 to 30. This mountain festival fuses sport and culture with epic races and endless activities that will attract up to 2,500 participants. All the tests will pass through the Boí Taüll mountain resort, managed by Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
For three days, children and adults will be able to enjoy sports events in the middle of nature and at the same time get to know the mountains and peaks of the Vall de Boí.
The Garmin Epic Trail Vall de Boí
The star activity of the festival is the Garmin Epic Trail Vall de Boí, which this year reaches its tenth edition. The competition will have four trail running distances: the Ultra, 62 kilometers; the Marathon, 42 kilometers; the Sky, 24 kilometers; and the Speed, 12 kilometers. A refreshment point will be located at the base of the Boí Taüll station for the runners of the first three events.
Boys and girls will also have their trail running mode with the Garmin Epic Trail Youth, which represents a unique opportunity for the little ones to enter the world of mountain running. This race, designed specifically for boys and girls, offers an experience adapted to their abilities and needs, promoting values such as effort, personal improvement and love for nature.
With this new edition, FGC demonstrates once again its support for sports competitions and initiatives, placing value on the diversification of mountain uses. Likewise, it demonstrates its firm desire to promote hiking and trail running both in Catalonia, to help project and position the tourist destination, and internationally. On Sunday, June 30, TV3 will broadcast the Garmin Epic Trail Sky Vall de Boí live between 8:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., which will give wide visibility to the test and the Vall de Boí in the territory and, At the same time, it will promote sports and healthy habits.
A fun and varied program
Known for being the best classified in southern Europe, the festival will have the following sports and recreational proposals: adventure activities (canyoning, climbing and via ferrata, among others), open-air cinema, initiation to Nordic walking, introductory workshop to orientation or outdoor yoga.
But the offer does not end here, since this year the festival incorporates the Salencar March, which will be the Catalan Nordic Walking Championship of the Federació d'Entitats Excursionistes de Catalunya and Open event.
Another fun option is to participate in the Rogaine Vall de Boí, a long-distance orienteering modality, in which teams of two to five people travel on foot with the aim of achieving the highest score by finding control points marked on a map. and within a limited time.
