The maximum accumulated thicknesses thanks to the latest snowfalls range between 120 and more than 300 cm of snow at high altitudes, depending on the station.

The six FGC tourist resorts will have recreational and sports activities for all audiences, such as children's workshops, DJ sessions, gastronomic offerings and social races.

The six ski and mountain resorts managed by Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) plan to keep their ski areas open until Easter thanks to the abundant snowfall recorded in recent weeks and if weather conditions allow it. The maximum accumulated thicknesses range from 120 to more than 300 cm at high altitudes, depending on the resort, which suggests a final stretch of the winter season with the slopes in very good condition. In this sense, La Molina, Vall de Núria, Vallter, Espot Esquí, Port Ainé and Boí Taüll will offer activities for all audiences and special schedules and promotions.

La Molina

The winter season in La Molina reaches the final stretch with an agenda full of social events, competitions and recreational activities for everyone. Starting this week, the resort is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The latest snowfalls have left considerable thicknesses in the resort, with accumulations of more than 60 cm. The maximum thickness on the slopes is 120 cm at high altitudes.

In terms of leisure and sports activities, the La Cerdanya resort has several events scheduled, including a popular botifarrada, the GastroPirineus 2025, which brings together renowned chefs and producers to showcase mountain cuisine, or the now traditional Eggs for Easter Gymkhana. In addition, until the end of the season, every Saturday, from 4 to 8 p.m., La Placeta by Damn (located in the Telecabina car park) will host Après-Ski sessions with live performances by singer-songwriters, musical groups and top-level DJs.

In order to promote spring skiing, the resort is offering the following promotions:

  • Promotional packages of 4 ski passes at a reduced rate.
  • TOT NEU package that includes ski pass + rental + insurance to choose from different rentals of the resort, both its own and external.
  • Ski pass + lunch package to choose from different catering units.

Espot Esquí

The Espot Esquí resort enters the final stretch of the winter season with spring schedules and an event schedule that invites you to enjoy the snow until the last moment. As of today, the maximum thickness is 110 cm at altitude 2000 and 225 cm at higher altitudes.

The latest snowfalls have covered Boí Taüll with more than 300 cm of snow at high altitudes, guaranteeing unbeatable conditions for skiers and a very positive end to the season. In fact, the resort is at its best this season: it has already opened all its sectors and slopes, and has even launched the freeride bus, a service that takes skiers who have done the freeride circuits that the Vall de Boí resort has around it back to the base of the resort.

Among the cultural and recreational proposals, the Starlight day stands out, in which, in addition to a solar eclipse, you can observe the night sky of the Pyrenees with the collaboration of the Aigüestortes National Park and the Vall de Boí Tourist Board; the Après Esquí Cow Boí sessions, which offer the perfect combination of good music, drinks and gastronomy, and the seasonal farewell party, a day in the snow with DJ music and entertainment at the foot of the slopes.

This week, Boí Taüll launches exclusive offers in its online store. The resort offers packages of 4 one-day ski passes at the price of 3 one-day ski passes, so that out of 4 skiers, only 3 will pay. It also offers the 4-day ski pass of free use at the price of a 3-day ski pass, so one of the days is free. And, finally, there is also the one-day ski pass with the free rental service of the complete equipment (ski or snowboard).
