1- Tickets must be purchased through the website: www.parcastronomic.cat, the time limit to make the purchase is up to one day before. The same day of the visit the purchase system no longer allows it.
2- Users must access "BUY YOUR TICKET"
3- Select on the calendar the date you want to make the purchase.
4- Choose the type of visit (General daytime and General Nighttime…)
5- Indicate the number of people (children under 5 years old, under 15 years old, seniors...)
6- Choose the time of the visit.
7- Fill in the data of the person who is buying the tickets.
8- Payment gateway (The visitor must enter their name and surname, contact telephone number, email, and lastly enter the payment card).
9- Once the purchase process is finished, the user will receive an email with the reservation voucher.
10- The day of the visit, the visitor must go to the information desk of the Montsec Astronomical Park to identify himself with his name and surname and show the visit confirmation voucher received by email (print on paper or on the mobile).
Additional comments: The Montsec Astronomical Park has two types of Rates, the general and the reduced conditions. The reduced rate is valid for: Children under 15 years old, Retirees, Functional Diversity, Large or single-parent families, groups of more than 20 people with advance reservation and the Youth Rate (under 25 years old). These conditions will have to be accredited by means of the corresponding card or similar. Admission is free for children under 5 years old.
Purchase conditions:
1- The amount of the purchase will not be refunded.
2- In case of adverse weather conditions, the visit will be modified by carrying out activities that are not affected by the weather.
3- Remember that once the purchase is finished, neither the type of visit nor the day or time of the visit can be changed.
